*Sourdough-Hybrid Meatlovers Pizza*

Use a combination of sourdough and yeast to make delicious flavourful pizza in a shorter amount of time! Learn to hand stretch your own Thick or Thin pizza, with Halal ham, Turkey bacon and minced beef to hit the spot every time. (All Halal meat only) Beginners welcome. Adults full price, children pay half price ! Each person makes a 9 inch pizza

*Basic Sourdough Loaf & Focaccia*

(1) Learn hands-on to make basic sourdough loaf and focaccia without relying on instant yeast, (2) how to make sourdough starter from scratch (3) theory on how to do variations (4) **this class has important homework: bring home loaves to bake the next day - you will be guided on this!

*Fruit, lemon and chocolate tart*

Every tart is sheer delicious-ness. This is the crowd pleaser at all parties and the first dessert to be wiped out. You will learn to make buttery tart shells, home-cooked custard, chocolate ganache and lemon curd filings.

*Pistachio Sponge Cake*

Bake and decorate 3 layers of light pistachio sponge, fresh strawberries and peach, with pistachio crumble  to give extra boost of flavour. Like the jelly cat look? Add it on if you wish!

*Lemon Yuzu and Pandan Chiffon

Soft airy light moist - all are the qualities of a good chiffon. Learn all the important techniques and refine your craft in this class. Receive individual guidance in my small class!

*Shio Pan and Yuzu muffin

Learn to make buttery soft and fluffy shio pan using the tangzhong method for extra softness, as well as yuzu muffins within the same class!

*Hot Cross Buns & Smoked Duck Quiche
How about learning to make soft and lightly sweetened cranberry and raisin hot cross buns, served alongside an unusually delicious smoked duck quiche for a party or a meal? This pairing will make your entertaining so easy and delicious!

Choux Pastry: Cream Puff & Eclairs

Learn to make classic french Choux pastry and creme patisserie (custard), then we turn them into crispy cream puffs and delicious chocolate-coated eclairs! This class is suitable for beginners / intermediate learners if you are new to Choux pastry!

Japanese Cheesecake & Chocolate Chiffon
Learn to steam bake a light and soufflé-like yet flavourful Japanese cheesecake and how to bake a fluffy chocolate chiffon. They may look completely different but depend on the same set of whipping and folding techniques, once mastered, it’s forever yours.

*Cinnamon rolls and Cheese Tarts
We will be making cinnamon rolls and cheese tarts from scratch, and with a simple twist in the shaping technique, you will be able to make them rather special looking. In addition, let’s also make soft and melting cheese tarts with a crisp cookie base. Can’t wait to bake and eat!

*Raspberry Blackforest Cake*

Bake and assemble a 6 inch cake, with chocolate cake, whipped cream, berry compote all homemade

*Artistic Roast Vegetable Focaccia*

Make a beautiful focaccia and decorate to your whim and fancy with fresh vegetables, bake and take home 1/2 kg focaccia bread. Using a simple method of hand-kneading and yeast, this is perfect for beginners in bread!

Bake and assemble a 6 inch cake, decorate with piping in your own unique style with guidance from the instructor. Colour theme is up to the individual !
